The terms of buying from Keyaii

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

We are an independent reseller of software license keys. We are not the maker of the software we sell and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Norton (Gen Digital), McAfee, Malwarebytes, Watchdog or Microsoft. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

2. What we sell

We sell digital license keys (activation codes) for security and productivity software. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive a key by email and download the software from the maker’s own website.

Each product page states the edition, length of the subscription, number of devices, supported platforms and, where it applies, the region in which the key can be activated. Please check these details before you buy.

Some makers require you to create an account with them and enter payment details to activate a subscription, and their subscriptions may renew automatically at the maker’s price. Where we know this applies, we say so on the product page. Renewals are a matter between you and the maker; you can turn auto-renewal off in your account with the maker.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the full amount you pay. There are no shipping fees or hidden charges. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. We do not see or store your full card number.

If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before sending a key and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a product is no longer available. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Keys are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 15 minutes of payment and at most 6 hours. See our Delivery Policy. Please make sure your email address is correct.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any order for a full refund within 15 minutes of paying, or at any time before your key is emailed to you. After your key is delivered the sale is final, except when the key is not delivered within 6 hours, does not work and cannot be replaced, or you were charged in error. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Using the software

When you activate the software you agree to the maker’s own license agreement, which governs how you may use it. Each key is for the number of devices and the period stated on the product page. You must not resell, share or publish keys you buy from us.

7. If a key does not work

We sell keys that are new and unused. If a key is invalid or will not activate, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will send a working replacement key, and if we cannot, we refund you in full. We can show you how to download and activate the software, but we do not provide technical support for the software itself; that is provided by its maker.

8. Your account

An account is created at checkout so you can see your orders. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

9. Using this website

Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break its security, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent. The text, design and images on this site that are not the makers’ trademarks belong to Nathan Group LLC or its licensors.

10. Acceptable use (prohibited uses)

You must not use this website or our products for fraud, chargeback abuse, reselling keys bought here, using stolen payment details, attacking or scraping the site, or anything unlawful. If you do, we may cancel your orders (see Termination).

11. Intellectual property

The text, design elements and the Keyaii name and logo on this site belong to Nathan Group LLC or its licensors. Product names and logos, including Norton, McAfee, Malwarebytes, Watchdog and Microsoft, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Keyaii is an independent reseller.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided “as is”. The software itself is supplied and warranted by its maker under the maker’s own licence terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

13. Termination

We may refuse or cancel an order, or suspend your use of the site, if we suspect fraud or abuse of these terms. If an order you have paid for has not been delivered, we refund it in full.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the site, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights you have by law.

15. Limitation of liability (our responsibility to you)

We are responsible for delivering a working key for the product you ordered, or refunding you as described above. We are not responsible for losses caused by the software itself, by the maker’s services, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the State of Florida, USA, but we will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first. Please contact us before taking any other step.

18. Dispute resolution

If you have a problem with an order, please contact support@keyaii.online first. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, under the laws of the State of Florida, as set out in Governing law.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
