• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe; we never see or store it.

• Account: if an account is created at checkout, your login details and order history.

• Technical data: basic data your browser sends (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and to run the store.

How we use it

• To process your order and email your license key.

• To answer your questions and handle cancellations and refunds.

• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

• To keep records we are required to keep by law (for example, tax records).

• To send you offers by email, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Third parties we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need:

• Our store and checkout at antiviruskey.org, where you place orders and manage your account.

• Stripe, the store’s payment processor, to take payments and prevent fraud.

• The email service that delivers your license key and order emails.

• The software maker or its authorized distributor, when needed to issue or activate your license.

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.

• Mailchimp or Hostinger Reach, only if you subscribe to our emails.

• Authorities, when the law requires it.

This website (keyaii.online) loads fonts from Google Fonts, some page scripts from cdnjs and, on the contact page, a Google Maps embed. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work: to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in and let Stripe check payments for fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.

Data retention (how long we keep it)

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Messages and account data are kept while you remain a customer, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights
