From delivery to activation
Are your license keys genuine?
Yes. We sell only genuine license keys that activate directly with the software maker.
How will I receive my software?
All products are digital. Your license key and activation steps are emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within 15 minutes and at most 6 hours.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. An account is created for you at checkout so you can see your orders and keys later.
How often do I need to update my antivirus?
The software detects new updates automatically and tells you about them. You can also allow automatic updates during setup.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel within 15 minutes of paying, or any time before your key is emailed, for a full refund. After delivery, keys are final unless they do not work or never arrive. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer hardware products?
No. All our products are software. You receive your license key by email and download the software from the maker's official website.
What if I have not received my key?
Keys usually arrive within 15 minutes and at most 6 hours. If you have not received yours after 6 hours, email Infinity@antiviruspoint.org or call +1-855-535-7753, and you can cancel for a full refund.
What if my key does not activate?
Contact us and we will send a working replacement key. If we cannot, we refund you in full.
